Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
How do I return?
Returns only accepted for orders within Singapore.
- Submit your request via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be sure to include the following:
- Your order number
- Your email address
- Item/s you'd like to return
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
What items are returnable?
- Within 7 days from receiving your purchase
- In unused and re-sellable condition
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Discounted items (if applicable, including coupon codes used)
- Used items, including unboxed items.
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 2 days of the delivered date.
How are refunds sent?
Via your original method of payment.
- Soon as your return/exchange is confirmed, we will invite you to choose an option to either:
- Return/exchange in person, or
- Ship your return product back to us. You will need to print and affix a return label onto the package. A courier will be arranged for pickup on weekdays between 9am to 7pm.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
